Shipping Coverage

Frizzi Creation ships orders within the United States only. International shipping is not currently offered. Orders with a valid U.S. shipping address are processed according to the terms outlined in this policy.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Processing times may vary during periods of higher order volume.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, a confirmation email with shipping details is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Orders are shipped using standard shipping services. Estimated delivery time typically ranges from 5 to 7 business days after shipment. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed. Fees may vary based on order size, weight, and delivery location. No additional shipping charges are added after an order is placed.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Frizzi Creation is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages

If an order appears delayed, lost, or missing, customers should contact us as soon as possible after the expected delivery timeframe. We will review the situation and, when applicable, work with the shipping carrier to assist with resolution. Delivery delays caused by carriers or external factors may be outside of our control.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages returned due to incorrect address details or unsuccessful delivery attempts may require additional reshipping fees. Customers may be responsible for these fees before the order can be resent.
