This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested for purchases made from Frizzi Creation. Please review this policy before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier. To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
Items that show signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund. These include:
- Clearance or sale items, unless received defective
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
These exclusions are in place due to pricing finality, hygiene considerations, and product condition requirements.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery. Requests should include the order number, the item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Customers are encouraged to use a shipping method that includes tracking. Frizzi Creation cannot guarantee receipt of return shipments without tracking.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing by Frizzi Creation typically occurs within 5 to 7 business days after inspection.
Please note that additional time may be required for banks or payment providers to post the refund to the customer’s account.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part.
Exchanges
Exchange requests for a different size or color must be submitted before returning the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, when applicable, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been issued but not yet received, customers should first check with their bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If further assistance is needed, customers may contact us for review.
